Standoff 2 betting in Morocco: markets on maps, rounds and live play
Standoff 2 is a tactical shooter made for the phone. It runs on Android, iOS and HarmonyOS, and its competitive matches are played in Defuse mode: ten players, five against five, and one bomb that decides each round. The attacking side has to plant it and see it through to detonation; the defending side has to stop the plant or defuse the device once it is down. This page is the Standoff 2 entry for players in Morocco: how a map is settled, which markets 1xBet lists on a match, how a live line moves between rounds, and how a balance in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) is run from the phone the game is played on.
Every discipline in the esports section of 1xBet has a page of its own, and this one covers Standoff 2 only. A fixture appears with its format on the event card, one map or a series, and the markets on it follow from that format.
One bomb per round: how a Standoff 2 map is decided 💣

A round has a single objective. Attackers take it by planting the bomb and holding the site until it goes off, or by eliminating all five defenders. Defenders take it by preventing the plant, by defusing a planted bomb, or by eliminating all five attackers. Nothing is carried into the next round except the score, and the score is what every map market is settled on.
Rounds are grouped into two halves, and the roles switch at the break: the side that attacked first defends after it. The opening round of each half is played with pistols only, and that single round has a market of its own.
A map goes to whichever side first reaches the number of round wins the format requires. The round score is the figure to watch rather than the clock: a map can be lopsided at the break and tight at the end once the sides have changed.
Single map or series: what Bo1, Bo3 and Bo5 change
A Standoff 2 fixture is either one map or a series of maps. In a Bo1 the map is the match, so only map-level and round-level markets exist. In a Bo3 the first team to two map wins takes the series; in a Bo5, the first to three. Series-level markets, map handicap, total maps and exact score, appear only once there is more than one map to count.
Format | Map wins needed | Possible final scores | Series-level markets |
|---|---|---|---|
Bo1 | 1 | one map, one result | none, map and round markets only |
Bo3 | 2 | 2-0 or 2-1 | series winner, map handicap, total maps (2 or 3), exact score |
Bo5 | 3 | 3-0, 3-1 or 3-2 | the same set, with a total-maps line between 3 and 5 |
A map handicap of −1.5 asks a team to win the series by two clear maps: in a Bo3 that means a 2-0 sweep, and a 2-1 win of the series still loses the bet. Total maps in a Bo3 is a plain either-or, two if one side sweeps, three if a decider is needed.
Map and round markets on Standoff 2 at 1xBet 🎯
Below the series line sit the markets that follow a single map: they give a Bo1 its depth and keep moving once the match is live.
Market | What settles it | Fits when |
|---|---|---|
Map winner | Which side wins that particular map, whatever happens to the series | one map is easier to judge than the whole series, or the fixture is a Bo1 |
Round handicap | The round score of the map with a set number of rounds added to, or taken from, one side | a wide gap between the two sides makes the plain map winner say little |
Total rounds | Whether the map lasts more or fewer rounds than the line | the question is closeness: a long, even map against a quick one-sided one |
Pistol round | Which side wins the opening round of a half | a call on one round only, settled before the map has a shape |
The round handicap is the market this discipline shares with the other bomb-and-rounds shooters: a map is scored in rounds, so a head start of a few rounds is priced directly. Total rounds reads the same count from another angle: the bet is whether the map runs past the line.
Reading a live Standoff 2 map round by round 🔴

In live, the line is re-priced after every round. At each step the screen shows the round score, the side each team is on and how the last round ended, bomb or wipe. A round is short, so the live market moves in steps, and the moment to act is the pause between two rounds.
The pistol round is the first signal of a half, and the rounds directly after it are read against it. A late plant shows attackers who convert their entries; a run of rounds for the defence shows sites that are holding. When the halves change, the team that struggled on attack may settle into defence, so a lead at the break and the same lead late in the second half do not carry the same weight.
Live Standoff 2 lines are grouped under live esports on 1xBet, listed by match, with the map and round score updated as play goes on.
Neighbours: the same bomb on a PC, and a phone game without rounds
The Defuse format is the one used on the round-based CS 2 markets, where the plant-and-defuse logic plays out on a PC. On the mobile side, Free Fire betting works on a battle royale scheme, settled on placement and points across a series of matches rather than on rounds, so a market like the pistol round has no equivalent there.
Morocco: the federation, the national team and the phone in every pocket 🇲🇦
Organised esports in Morocco runs through FRMJE, the Fédération Royale Marocaine des Jeux Électroniques, set up in late 2020 and recognised by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication. Casablanca hosted the first edition of the FIFAe Continental Championship Africa on 27–29 August 2026, with FRMJE among the organisers; Morocco finished as African champion in one of the three titles on the programme and runner-up in the other two. A Moroccan national team is also registered for the Esports Nations Cup, whose date has moved to November 2027.
None of those events is a Standoff 2 stage; they mark out the organised side of the Moroccan scene, while Standoff 2 itself is played on the phones of that same audience. The home page of the Moroccan 1xBet site leads to the esports line in English, where the Standoff 2 fixtures of the day sit under the discipline's name.
A dirham balance on the same phone 📱
Standoff 2 is played on a phone, and the line for it is usually read on the same screen. The phone version of 1xBet carries the esports line, the live view and the cashier, on Android and iOS alike. The balance is kept in Moroccan dirhams (MAD): a stake on a map is entered in dirhams and settled in dirhams, with no conversion in between.
Deposits from Morocco are made through CIH, Attijari, Al Barid, Lbankalik or Cash Plus. The amount lands in the dirham balance that every Standoff 2 market, series, map or single round, is staked from, and withdrawals are requested from the same balance.

Standoff 2 betting on 1xBet: questions from Morocco
What does a round handicap of +2.5 mean on a Standoff 2 map?
The handicap is added to that team's round score at the end of the map. With +2.5, a side that loses the map by two rounds still wins the bet, since its adjusted score comes out higher; a loss by three rounds or more loses it. A negative figure works the other way: at −2.5 the team has to win the map by three rounds or more.
Is the pistol round market about the whole map or about one half?
About one half. Each half of a Standoff 2 map opens with a round played on pistols only, so a map has two of them, and the market names which half it refers to. The bet is on that single round and is settled the moment it ends, whoever goes on to win the map.
Do extra rounds count towards the total-rounds line?
That depends on the rules of the market, which are stated next to it. Some total-rounds markets count only the regular rounds of a map; others include any additional rounds the event rules add on. Read the market rules before staking, because the same final score can settle over or under differently under the two versions.
Are Standoff 2 markets open before the match, or only in live?
Both. The pre-match line, series winner, map winner, handicaps and totals, is on the event card from the moment the fixture is listed. Once the first round starts, the same match moves to the live list, where the remaining markets are priced round by round.
