Midas Golden Touch: the legend of King Midas by Thunderkick
Thunderkick turned the legend of King Midas into a simple mechanic: in Midas Golden Touch, everything the golden hand touches is worth double. Concretely, on a 5 × 3 grid with 15 lines, every WILD added to a winning line doubles its multiplier, and five WILDs in a row take the line to ×32.
The setting
The reels occupy a gold frame dotted with red, placed between the columns of a marble temple; two scarlet banners carry a golden hand, and the background opens onto a landscape of cypresses. On the reels: Midas with his laurel crown, a silver chalice filled with coins, a temple with golden doors, then K, Q, J, 10 and 9 adorned with stones. The golden hand on its glowing sphere plays the WILD. The controls come down to three round buttons on the right and a CASH, PAYOUT, BET bar at the bottom.
A round
Set the bet level; it stays locked for the duration of the spin.
Launch the reels with the middle button.
Lines are read from the left-hand reel, without a break; a line pays only its longest run.
The wins of all lines add up and are shown at the end of the spin.
The WILD rule
The joker covers every ordinary symbol, but never the SCATTER. Its real value lies elsewhere: one WILD on a winning line multiplies the win by two, two WILDs by four, three by eight, four by sixteen and five by thirty-two. The multiplier depends only on the number of WILDs in the line, not on their position.

The respins keep going as long as each respin adds at least one new winning symbol; they stop as soon as a respin freezes none.
Settings
Autoplay mode, where offered, plays the number of spins chosen on its page; the bet level stays locked until a spin is over. The three buttons on the right handle everything: the first manages autoplay, the second launches the reels, the third opens the bet; the dotted menu on the left leads to the settings and the paytable.
